As a woman-owned business, we at m-erg are passionate about causes that promote an entrepreneurial spirit, especially when they apply to girls. Particularly in political office, women are greatly outnumbered in our country’s representation. We believe the way to change this starts with our children, and IGNITE National’s We All Belong Here campaign is promoting just that.

This video made by IGNITE National poignantly shows how encouraging girls can lead to change. It challenges girls to #DeclareYourAmbition for political activism or whatever their goals may be. Our founder, Martha Parker, is on IGNITE National’s Texas State Board of Advisors, and this cause is close to our hearts. Promoting girls’ ambition is a win-win for everyone, and we’re proud to have taken the pledge.
